Introduction

GCC Medical Appointment is an independent online consulting service specializing in GCC medical appointment assistance.
Our experienced consultants help candidates obtain medical slips and schedule mandatory medical tests required for entry into GCC countries, including Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Yemen.

  • ⚠️ We are not affiliated with Wafid or any official GCC government body.
  • We act solely as a third-party service provider to simplify the appointment and documentation process for candidates.

Services Offered

Our services include:

  1.  Assistance in generating Wafid medical appointment slips.
  2. Guidance in locating approved medical centers across India.
  3. Personalized consultation related to GCC medical appointment procedures.

 

Our service charge is ₹1500 (or $10 + tax + service fee) per appointment slip generated on behalf of the candidate.

Appointment Requirements

  1. * A GCC medical slip is mandatory before undergoing a Wafid medical test.
  2. Without a valid slip, no candidate will be allowed to appear for the medical examination.
  3. Our team will assist in generating this slip and delivering it to you via email.

Cancellation Policy

Once a GCC slip has been generated and delivered, no cancellation or refund is possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • If the GCC slip is not issued within 48 hours*of booking, you may request a full refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the same account used for payment.
  • Once the GCC slip has been generated, no refund requests will be accepted.

Termination of
Service

  • Our service is a one-time assistance.
  • Once the service has been completed (i.e., the GCC slip has been issued), it cannot be stopped or terminated.

Right to
Modify Terms

  1. GCC Medical Appointment reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  2. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
  3. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
